2 When plugged in the power cordthe backlight brightness button is the 6th button right side Press it to turn on the backlight full brightness Press it again to begin dimming the light Keep pressing When the display gets to full dark you can turn it back on for 15 seconds using the touch button on the top To get back to continued full brightnesspress the 6th button again

Here are the steps to choose Time Zone and set the Time

1 choose time zone

1 Press and hold the 1st button beside device to enter 2412 hrs setting press UP and DOWN buttons to choose press the 1st button again to confirm setting and enter time zone setting

2 Press DOWN button to set the time zone according to your location and the turn on DST when Daylight saving time

2 Set the time

1Manual After turn ON DST you can continue to set the correct time and date

2Auto After turn ON DST leave it alone until it displays normal time press and holdUP button for 5 seconds to manually begin to search WWVB signal At this time the backlight will turn dark this process takes about 7 minutes and the backlight will light up again after the search Then the time and date will be automatically set
